Senior Infrastructure Project Manager – Network & Data Centre

Salary: SGD 12,000–15,000 per month, depending on experience
Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of large and complex enterprise infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate should have a strong background managing network, data-centre, cloud and cybersecurity workstreams within a systems integrator, telecommunications provider or global technology environment. This is a senior client‑facing role requiring strong project governance, commercial management and executive stakeholder engagement.
This is a project leadership position. Candidates are not expected to perform hands‑on network configuration but must possess sufficient technical understanding to lead infrastructure teams, challenge delivery risks and communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through implementation, transition and closure.
- Manage large-scale infrastructure projects involving enterprise networks, data centres, cloud platforms, cybersecurity and related technologies.
- Develop and maintain the overall project plan, work breakdown structure, milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
- Coordinate infrastructure architects, technical leads, track project managers, engineers, vendors and business stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and customer expectations.
- Track project financials, including budgets, forecasts, procurement, vendor costs and commercial performance.
- Maintain comprehensive risk, issue, action and dependency registers, ensuring appropriate mitigation and escalation.
- Lead project governance meetings and provide clear progress reports to senior management, steering committees and executive stakeholders.
- Manage external vendors, technology partners and service providers to ensure contractual and delivery commitments are achieved.
- Ensure that delivered solutions comply with technical, security, quality and governance requirements.
- Coordinate testing, implementation, migration, cutover and operational readiness activities.
- Oversee the transition and handover of completed services to operations and support teams.
- Manage project changes, escalations and competing stakeholder priorities in complex customer environments.
- Build strong working relationships with customers and serve as the primary point of accountability throughout project delivery.
Required Experience
- At least 12 years of overall experience in information technology, with a minimum of 8 years in infrastructure project or programme management.
- Proven experience delivering large, complex and multi‑million‑dollar IT infrastructure projects.
- Strong project exposure across two or more of the following areas: Enterprise networking, Data‑centre infrastructure, Cloud infrastructure, Cybersecurity Infrastructure, migration or transformation
- Experience coordinating multiple technical workstreams and cross‑functional delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of network and infrastructure project lifecycles, including design, build, testing, migration, deployment and operational handover.
- Demonstrated experience in project financial management, procurement and vendor management.
- Strong governance experience, including executive reporting, steering committee engagement and senior stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage complex dependencies, tight deadlines and high‑profile customer escalations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or an equivalent recognised project management certification is strongly preferred.
Preferred Background

- Large government or regulated‑enterprise transformation programmes
Experience managing Cisco‑based infrastructure projects or working within the Cisco partner ecosystem would be a strong advantage.
