Job summary

mts global pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior Network Infrastructure Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT and network infrastructure projects within a major construction and development environment.

The role requires managing deployment from construction through commissioning, coordinating with main contractors, consultants, M&E teams, cabling vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery across LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, cabling, data centres and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise IT or network infrastructure projects.
• Mandatory experience managing IT infrastructure deployment during construction-stage projects or major building fit-outs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of network and IT infrastructure projects from planning through implementation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Manage construction-stage deployment activities for enterprise IT infrastructure across new buildings, major renovations or expansion projects.
• Coordinate closely with main contractors, consultants, M&E teams, structured cabling contractors, system integrators and technology vendors.
• Oversee deployment of LAN/WAN, core network, Wi-Fi, structured cabling, MDF/IDF rooms, data centres, firewalls and network security infrastructure.
• Monitor site readiness, construction progress, project risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, technical standards, quality requirements and operational readiness.

Senior Network Infrastructure Project Manager

Location: Singapore
Employment Type: 12-Month Renewable Contract

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale IT and network infrastructure projects within a major construction and development environment.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end infrastructure deployment from construction through commissioning, working closely with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, cabling vendors and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

This role is ideal for Project Managers with proven experience delivering network infrastructure projects during building construction, new facility development, office fit-outs, airport, hospitality, healthcare, commercial or data centre projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of network and IT infrastructure projects from planning through implementation, testing, commissioning and operational handover.
• Manage construction-stage deployment activities for enterprise IT infrastructure across new buildings, major renovations or expansion projects.
• Coordinate closely with main contractors, consultants, M&E teams, structured cabling contractors, system integrators and technology vendors.
• Oversee deployment of: Enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure Core & access network switches, Wireless (Wi-Fi) infrastructure Structured cabling systems MDF/IDF rooms Server rooms and data centres Firewalls and network security infrastructure
• Monitor site readiness, construction progress, project risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, technical standards, quality requirements and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.

• Proven experience coordinating with: Main Contractors Consultants Structured Cabling Contractors M&E Contractors Vendors
• Strong experience delivering projects involving: LAN/WAN Core Network Wi-Fi Structured Cabling MDF / IDFServer Rooms Data Centres Network Security Infrastructure
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, procurement and vendor performance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
