Job summary

AECOM SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage multiple infrastructure and building projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables. You will develop comprehensive plans and monitor progress to ensure successful completion.

You will coordinate resources, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and communicate with stakeholders to maintain quality, schedule, and client satisfaction across project life cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in infrastructure and building projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned projects simultaneously, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Coordinate and allocate resources effectively across various project stages.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies.
• Mentor and guide project team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and client expectations.
