• Strong governance and reporting capability.
• Cross-team stakeholder coordination across infrastructure, network, security and applications.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and implementation timelines.
• Manage resources and vendors for cabling, hardware movement.
• Establish project governance, reporting, and escalation processes.
• Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate with teams and stakeholders, provide status updates.
• Oversee change, release coordination, testing, and handovers to operations.
