We're Hiring: Infrastructure Project Manager!

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Infrastructure Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and deliver large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget, and maintaining quality standards.

Infrastructure Project Manager – Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Governance
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and implementation timelines.
  • Manage resources and vendors for cabling and hardware movement.
  • Establish project governance, reporting, and escalation processes.
  • Track project progress and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
2. Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams.
  • Manage vendor and third-party engagements, where applicable.
  • Facilitate project meetings, steering committee updates, and status reporting.
  • Communicate project risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies to stakeholders.
3. Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify project risks and dependencies.
  • Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Drive issue resolution across technical and business teams.
  • Escalate critical blockers impacting project delivery.
4. Infrastructure Delivery Oversight
  • Ensure infrastructure components are designed, built, configured, and tested according to requirements.
  • Track readiness of servers, storage, network, cloud, security, monitoring, backup, and DR components.
  • Validate technical deliverables against architecture and operational standards.
  • Ensure all required approvals, reviews, and sign-offs are completed.
5. Change & Release Coordination
  • Manage implementation schedules and change windows.
  • Coordinate CAB approvals and change management activities.
  • Ensure implementation and rollback plans are documented and validated.
  • Oversee cutover planning and migration activities.
6. Testing & Validation Management
  • Ensure SIT, UAT, performance, security, and operational testing are completed.
  • Track defects, remediation actions, and testing sign-offs.
  • Coordinate end-to-end validation across all infrastructure domains.
7. Documentation & Handover
  • Ensure operational documentation is completed.
  • Validate support processes and runbooks.
  • Coordinate knowledge transfer to Operations and Support teams.
  • Obtain final project acceptance and closure approvals.
  • Ensure appropriate BAU handover is completed.
