Job summary

BUSINESSASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager with strong on-site track record in Building, Civil or Marine Infrastructure. The role involves leading projects, ensuring safety, and managing client relationships on large-scale initiatives.

This is a full-time on-site position targeting projects across building and infrastructure sectors with potential exposure to LTA MRT and PUB-type works. Extensive experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Preferably Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from recognized universities
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience delivering projects in large-scale A1 construction maincontractor organizations
• Strong on-site track record in Building, Civil or Marine Infrastructure
• Preference for large-scale LTA MRT, PUB/Marine Infrastructure or Residential/Commercial/Institutional/ High-Specifications Industrial Building projects above SGD200Million

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on project.
• Manage and develop relationships between Company & Client(s).
• Line management of employees and drive productivity and performance.
