Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• Relevant experience in contracts and claims management.
• Strong knowledge of standard forms of contracts.
• Experience in handling LTA projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer contracts for infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
• Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate variation orders and claims.
• Lead claims management processes including EOT and cost claims.
• Provide contractual advice to project teams and stakeholders.
