Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Contract Manager for a project-based role in Singapore, stationed at Changi.

The incumbent will assist the managing director with RFQs, oversee pre-tender documentation, and manage contract administration with clients and subcontractors. Candidates should have at least 5 years in civil works, and be proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD. A Diploma or higher in a related field is required, with a possible Graduate Diploma or

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a Diploma or higher in a related field.
• Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in Civil Works.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD.
• Candidates with QS or Contracts background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and assist managing director in responding to RFQ from local and overseas clients.
• Manage and coordinate preparation of pre-tender documentation and response to tender clarifications and amendments, attending tender meetings leading to award.
• Prepare contract documents for control and implementation of contract administration and review commercial aspects of contracts with clients & sub-contractors.
• Assist Project Managers in preparation of monthly progress payments and ensure successful claims.
• Attend site meetings with project staff as required.
• Assist project managers in preparation of variation orders and keep record of changes.
• Liaise with main contractor and Client’s QS regarding claims and finalization of accounts.
• Prepare budgets and cash flow projections with directors, PMs and financial controller.
• Assist in negotiation of subcontractor packages and preparation of sub-contractor or supplier letters.
• Analyse scope of work in project and contract for effective contract administration with drawings interpretation.
• Monitor project costs and perform general financial administration.
• Report cost history for contract negotiation and budget.
