Job summary

Lim Wen Heng Construction Pte Ltd invites an experienced Contract Manager to oversee all contractual matters, tendering and procurements. The role emphasizes cost control, budgeting and timely administration across projects in Singapore.

You will advise on equitable adjustments, disputes and claims, monitor project budgets, cash flow and changes in design, and coordinate with the project team to secure timely awards for subcontractors and suppliers. Excellent ethics required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Contract Manager in the Singapore construction industry.
• Good knowledge of standard conditions of contracts for construction projects.
• Meticulous, diligent and good work ethics.

Responsibilities

• Perform all contractual matter, tendering and procurements procedures (i.e. contracts, cost control, cashflow, project budgeting, project administrations, claims, cost analysis, etc).
• Provide supervisory role to all contractual matter, tendering and procurements procedures (i.e. contracts, cost control, cashflow, project budgeting, project administrations, claims, cost analysis, etc)
• Advise and resolve requests for equitable adjustment, contract disputes and contract claims
• Oversee the preparation and monitoring of project cost budget, cash-flow cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
• Oversee and manage main contract progress claim, subcontract payment and variation orders
• Work closely with the project team to ensure timely award of subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure timely finalization of main and subcontract
• Performs other duties as assigned.
