Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering.
• Experience in construction project management is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to undergo assessment including medical declaration if shortlisted.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and specialists to ensure safe, timely and cost-effective development of projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, environmental impact assessments, planning and design reviews.
• Call tenders and administer contracts for project delivery.
• Supervise project execution during construction phases to meet schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; manage funding and budgets.
• Ensure operational readiness of infrastructure with robust plans and exercises.
