Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight project schedules.
• Strong project planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
• Knowledge of construction processes, project management, and workplace safety requirements.
• Must possess bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to the approved project schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and project meetings to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
• Manage project resources, including manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment.
• Prepare project progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within the approved budget, and in accordance with the required quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental standards.
• Monitor project costs and implement effective cost-control measures.Maintain effective communication with clients, management, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation, permits, approvals, and project records are maintained.
• Resolve project-related technical and operational issues efficiently.
