Job summary

sanli m&e engineering pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate multi-discipline project teams across design, procurement, fabrication and commissioning.

You will ensure timely delivery within budget and align with management cash-flow targets for each project. The role requires a degree in Mechanical or Electrical fields and at least 5 years of project management experience in construction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical or related fields.
• Min 5 years of experience as project manager in construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project teams to ensure the timely completion of projects
• Ensure projects are executed within budget margin as set forth by the Management and maintain healthy cash flow for the project.
• Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure budget, terms and condition of purchase are met.
• Provide engineering support and supervise teams engineering activities in design, documentation, fabrication, installation, start up, commissioning etc.
• Liaise with customers and consultants on all engineering and contractual matters.
• Ensure timely submission of Project Progress Claim and Invoice to customer.
• Maintain good working relationship with clients, vendors and sub-contractors.
• Check and certify vendors and sub-contractors claim in a timely & fair manner.
