Job summary

HOE KEE TEIK PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Chef to lead Indian cuisine preparation and daily kitchen operations at our F&B Outlet.

You will prepare and cook Indian dishes, plan menus, supervise kitchen staff, manage ingredient ordering and food costs, and ensure cleanliness and food hygiene. A strong background in high-volume Indian cooking and team leadership is required, with willingness to work early shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in Indian cuisine and high-volume cooking.
• Able to lead a kitchen team and work independently.
• Good knowledge of food handling and kitchen hygiene.
• Willing to work early shifts, weekends and public holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities
