Job summary

Metropolis Security Systems Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a site security supervisor to manage daily security operations at a specific client site. You will coordinate with the client and management, and write security reports.

The role requires conducting routine patrols, responding to incidents, enforcing SOPs, and briefing security officers. A 12-hour day/night shift is available, with opportunities to lead a small team.

Qualifications

• Valid PLRD Security License is required.
• PAPP/RTT training completed is mandatory.
• Basic Security Training course or equivalent certificates.
• Must be proactive, independent, meticulous and able to work under pressure.
• Medical screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily security operational activities.
• Coordinate with Management Team and work with client to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Write and submit security reports.
• Conduct routine patrols with team.
• Respond to emergency/incidents and accidents at site.
• Oversee all security matters on the site - Enforce security measures and standard operation procedures.
• Conduct Security briefings and trainings to the Security Officers.
• Able to work 12 hours shift either Day/Night Shift
