Job summary

The role requires a Diploma in Facilities Management or related field and at least 3 years of experience in control rooms, SOCs, or building management environments. Candidates must be adept at SOPs, emergency protocols and cross‑functional communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in control rooms, security operations centers (SOC), or building management environments.
• Strong team leadership and incident response skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mobilize duty personnel across shifts.
• Oversee real-time monitoring of building infrastructure, safety, security, and emergency systems.
• Lead incident management, escalation, and resolution procedures.
• Administer adherence to SOPs, emergency protocols and pre-planned responses.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, service providers and contractors for issue resolution and crisis management.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews and report on incidents and system performance.
• Act as Site Incident Commander for major incidents when required.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and safety requirements.
