Job summary

AIA Shared Services in Singapore is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead the SOC, monitor security events from SIEM and endpoints, coordinate incident response, and drive the continuous improvement of the organisation's security posture across cloud, network, and servers.

You will build and mentor a high‑performing team, develop incident playbooks, oversee vulnerability remediation, and partner with governance and compliance teams to meet MAS TRM requirements.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Security or Information Systems.
• 12 years of tech experience with 7–10 years in cybersecurity in regulated environments (e.g., banking/insurance).
• Strong knowledge of incident management across identification, containment, response, recovery and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead real-time monitoring of security events and alerts from SIEM, firewalls, and EDR.
• Oversee end-to-end incident handling and response per defined processes; drive playbooks and post-incident reviews.
• Manage security posture across cloud, network, endpoint, and server security; drive remediation and risk-based improvements.
