Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in physical security systems or facilities management.
• Experience with CCTV, access control or security networks is a plus.
• Ability to conduct site inspections and identify issues.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the operational performance of physical security systems.
• Maintain records of configurations, inventories, contracts and system performance.
• Oversee upkeep and maintenance, vendor performance and site visits to address issues.
• Assist in planning, design and deployment of physical security systems for new developments.
• Support integration with GSOC.
• Assist with security procedures, post orders and standards.
• Assist with incident response and investigations.
• Monitor security readiness and identify improvement areas.
• Review manpower deployment and performance trackers.
• Coordinate with security agencies and service vendors to meet SLAs.
• Assist in supervisory visits and red teaming exercises.
• Provide support during events, VIP visits or critical failures.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
