Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a senior IC physical design lead to drive tapeout-ready designs on 6nm/4nm/3nm nodes, from RTL to GDSII. You will lead blocks and coordinate Synthesis/APR/PV tasks for multiple blocks, solving critical issues and guiding block owners.

You will take a TOP-level role for a highly complex hierarchical chip, performing floorplanning, partitioning and assembly, and act as a PD PM coordinating with Frontend and Signoff to deliver the SoC on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IC design and tapeout.
• Strong knowledge of UNIX/LINUX environment and one of: C/C++, Python, TCL, Perl.
• Excellent communication and teamwork, ability to coordinate with multiple teams to finish tasks on time with quality.
• Leadership experience as a block coordinator and tapeout-focused contributor.

Responsibilities

• IC physical design for 6nm/4nm/3nm and below from RTL to GDSII.
• Block coordinator for Synthesis/APR/PV for more than 10 blocks and resolve critical issues.
• TOP role for a complex hierarchical chip, including floorplanning, partition and assembly.
• PD PM role coordinating with Frontend and Signoff to ensure on-time SoC delivery and tapeout.
