Job summary

Broadcom Inc. is seeking a highly skilled IC Design Engineer to design and implement advanced integrated circuits, managing RTL to GDS flow across 7nm to 2nm process technologies.

You will use commercial EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Siemens) and scripts in TCL/Bash to automate design tasks, ensuring performance and design integrity in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. This role requires 5+ years of industry experience in electrical engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ICs across RTL to GDS flow for 7nm-2nm process nodes.
• Use EDA tools to design and verify circuits with 100–400M gates.
• Support front-end design and synthesis in the physical design flow.
• Develop scripts in UNIX/Linux using TCL and Bash to automate tasks.
