Job summary

RSA Singapore is seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer to support the regional sales team with pre‑sales engagements across South East Asia and the broader APJ region. You will articulate RSA’s identity and access management solutions, deliver tailored demonstrations, and respond to RFIs/RFPs.

You'll own the technical relationship during evaluations, build reusable demos with AI tools, and collaborate with RSA partners and the international Pre-Sales function to drive technical wins.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in the IT industry.
• 4+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, ideally within Identity Security.
• Hands-on experience with Identity Access Management/Governance solutions is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with IAM protocols such as SAML, OIDC, FIDO among others
• Hands-on experience with REST API, SCIM is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes technology and infrastructure is good to have
• Solid technical background in Linux, SQL, networking, and Oracle databases.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, VMware and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Proven ability to design and deliver technical POCs, technical workshops, and interactive demonstrations.
• Proven ability to successfully navigate and relate to varying levels of functional and technical personnel at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical pre-sales engagements across the South East Asia market, and in the broader APJ region.
• Participate in sales calls and on-site (or virtual) visits to explain the RSA solution’s value proposition and architecture.
• Build and deliver demonstrations to customers and prospects.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs.
• Own the technical relationship with the customer to win technical evaluations.
• Leverage AI tools to build advanced demonstrations of RSA capabilities.
• Lead requirements gathering at customer sites and coordinate solution evaluations.
• Provide first-level technical support for solution evaluations.
• Prepare functional requirements and support in project statements of work.
• Collaborate with RSA partners and the international Pre-Sales function across RSA.
