Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced IAM delivery leader to own end-to-end planning and execution across enterprise Identity & Access Management initiatives in a complex, regulated environment. You will coordinate requirements, design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment with cross-functional teams to meet commitments.

In this role you will manage human identity lifecycles (joiner, mover, leaver) and provisioning, govern non-human identities, and drive risk and control

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IAM initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on delivery experience with IAM platforms and access management technologies.
• Experience governing human and non-human identities across onboarding, review, and retirement activities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IAM delivery planning and execution against commitments.
• Coordinate requirements, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment across IAM platforms.
• Drive human identity lifecycle processes: joiner, mover, leaver, provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, approvals, reviews.
• Coordinate non-human identity lifecycle management (service accounts, application identities).
• Partner with business owners, architects, and security to align IAM with enterprise standards and financial controls.
• Coordinate delivery teams, facilitate design and delivery reviews, and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks.
• Oversee testing readiness, deployment planning, and handover to support sustainable outcomes.
