Zusammenfassung

GIC is seeking an IAM Engineer (Development Lead) to design, implement, and operate enterprise-class Identity and Access Management systems. You will address threats related to identities, access, and permissions while aligning business needs with security requirements across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will lead initiatives with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, craft low-level designs, and drive delivery updates.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and operationalizing IAM security solutions with a focus on Identity Management (SailPoint, CyberArk, PingOne).
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization for on-prem and cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Proficient in IAM standards/protocols: SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM, LDAP; MFA mechanisms.
• Proficient in programming and scripting: Java, BeanShell, VBScript, PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, Node.js; SQL/REST/JSON.
• Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps practices, CI/CD, IaC; GitHub, Jenkins, containerization.
• Experience with IAM in AWS and Azure.
• Ability to produce detailed low-level designs and deliver updates.
• Professional qualifications in information security (CISSP, CISM, CEH) and IAM certifications are desirable.
• Ability to work independently and with teams; experience consulting with stakeholders and management.

• Perform proof-of-value and implement enterprise-class IAM systems.
• Identify improvements in IAM architecture to address threats related to identities, access, and permissions.
• Align business requirements with IAM/IT requirements based on risk appetite.
• Develop security operating models and documentation for operational efficiency and scalability.
• Act as domain expert in CSR; collaborate with stakeholders on cybersecurity engineering matters.
• Manage IAM projects with virtual teams to ensure successful implementations.
