• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in HVAC system design including chilled water or condenser systems.
• Strong understanding of HVAC fundamentals, equipment selection and controls integration.
• Hands-on proficiency in HVAC design software (Revit, AutoCAD).
• Familiarity with hydraulic calculations and pump head computation using spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE, ISO and local mechanical codes.
• Experience delivering medium to large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Professional certification (SCEM, LEED AP) is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and review detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and equipment specifications.
• Perform HVAC load, hydraulic, pump head calculations, pipe sizing and chilled water/condensate system design.
• Prepare BOMs, equipment selections and tender documentation.
• Ensure HVAC designs comply with ASHRAE standards, local codes and corporate engineering guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support pre-sales and project execution.
• Review and validate designs from consultants, contractors, and partners.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers.
• Conduct site assessments, attend technical meetings, and support design reviews.
• Support troubleshooting and commissioning activities related to HVAC and hydronic systems.
• Meeting with clients and design teams to determine mechanical applications and requirements.
• Review and understand mechanical designs using CAD, CAM, and 3D CAD programs.
