Johnson Controls in Singapore seeks an HVAC Project Manager to lead on-site delivery of large commercial projects. You will coordinate clients, engineers, and subcontractors to meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

The role requires a engineering degree and 5+ years in construction design and cost management, with strong skills in AutoCAD, REVIT, and MS Office; prior experience with estimation software is preferred. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Power, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction design and cost management as an Electrical/Mechanical Project Manager.
• Proficiency in Autocad, REVIT and MS Office; experience with estimation software.

Responsabilidades

• Act as on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete projects within time and budget.
• Coordinate communication with customers through all project phases; manage subcontractors.
• Prepare schedules, work specifications, drawings, and tender documentation.
• Oversee cost procurement, budgeting, and financial targets for projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations and company policies.
• Provide technical support to other departments to ensure project cohesion.
