Job summary

SHEIN in Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, for APAC locations including Singapore, Australia, Vietnam and Japan. You will maintain employment records, coordinate payroll with outsourced vendors, administer benefits, drive employee engagement, handle office management, and contribute to HR process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in e-commerce or technology industry is preferred.
• Highly meticulous and attentive to details.
• Positive working attitude and keen to learn.
• Able to work well in a team as well as independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle end to end employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employment records including p-file management across systems.
• Administer monthly payroll with outsourced payroll vendors to ensure accurate payroll process.
• Benefits administration – administer benefit programs and provide assistance to employees.
• Drive employee engagement through internal employee engagement events from ideation to execution.
• Office management – manage all office related matters across APAC locations (SG, AU, VN, JP).
• Continuous improvement – identify processes and areas for improvement to keep up with market best practices and compliance. Support the line manager with solutioning and facilitate implementation.
• Prepare HR reports as and when required by the business.
• Undertake any other tasks/projects as assigned by line manager or functional head
