Job summary

TALENTS RECRUITER PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks an EHS professional to ensure compliance with EHS laws and ISO standards, conduct inspections, and maintain safety programs. You will manage JSA, Emergency Action Plan, and risk systems while coordinating emergency drills.

The role requires cross-functional teamwork, strong communication, and solid documentation skills. WSQ Level B certification is preferred; local regulations apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Safety or related field with WSQ Advanced Cert (Level B) in WSH.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good knowledge of ISO-14001 and ISO-45001 Management Systems.
• Good knowledge of Singapore EHS legal requirements.
• Strong documentation skills with revision control.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring facility is in compliance with all applicable EHS legal requirements, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 requirements, and corporate operational requirements.
• Conduct regular inspection of workplace and recommend and implement reasonably practical control measures.
• Maintain an existing Job Safety Analysis (JSA) program, Emergency Action Plan, Legal Register, and Risk Management System.
• Ensure Emergency Response plans are in proper working conditions and coordinating emergency drills.
• Conduct activities related to environmental compliance, reporting, regulatory permitting, hazardous waste handling, and waste reduction/recycling programs.
• Oversee maintenance of all EHS records, reports, permits, and training documentation.
• Monitor subcontractors' compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
• Support internal and external EHS audits
• Prepare monthly safety committee meetings, reporting safety metrics, and departmental safety audits
• Demonstrate high standards of conduct and integrity
• Additional duties as required by management

Job Requirements :

• Certified Work-at-Height Supervisor and Lifting Supervisor preferred
