• Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics Service Supplier
• Position Title: HSSEQ Executive
• Working Location: West- Jurong Island (Company Transportation Provided from MRT stations located in the West, North, North-East, South, and East)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 8AM-5:45PM)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 3600 + Attendance Allowance + Incentive (Attendance + Retention) + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing and maintaining Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) documentation and records in compliance with relevant legislation.
• Review method statements and risk assessments as required, ensuring alignment with the WSH Act and subsidiary regulations.
• Conduct workplace inspections and audits to verify adherence to WSH legislation, company safety management systems, and client requirements.
• Perform daily checks to identify unsafe conditions or practices on site.
• Support and recommend the implementation of practical measures to address and correct unsafe conditions and work practices.
• Prepare reports for HSSEQ internal and external audits, client and authority assessments, table-top exercises, emergency and security drills, and ensure prompt closure of safety actions.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors to maintain emergency and fire safety equipment, and perform monthly fire alarm testing.
• Plan, develop, and deliver HSSEQ training sessions for staff, visitors, contractors, and hauliers.
• Respond to non-conformities, near misses, and incidents; provide operational support, investigate root causes, make recommendations, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Oversee site security and manage the contracted security agency providing 24-hour services.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors and cover responsibilities during team member absences.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years experience in a warehouse & logistics, manufacturing, petrochemical and/or industrial environment
• Possess Certificate in Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) or any relevant safety certificates
• Have Confine Space Assessor Certificate / ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 Internal Auditor Trained is a plus
• Attended the WSH Coordinator Refresher Course
• Able to work at height and climb cat ladders
• Proficiency in MS office applications and other in-house software
• Own a motorcycle or Class 3 driving license is a plus
