Job summary

BW Offshore is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager, Project HSE in Singapore to lead HSE policy implementation across tenders, FEED/pre-FEED and project execution. You will act as HSE focal point for client tender documents and represent the department in client interfaces and reviews.

The role requires a engineering or HSEQ degree, extensive offshore O&G experience, and a track record of leading HSE departments in multinational settings, with strong leadership, communication and regulatory

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering or HSEQ related major.
15–20 years offshore O&G experience for Manager/Senior Manager roles.
Experience leading an HSE department or function.
Experience supporting tenders/bids and HSE deliverables.
FEED/pre-FEED and EPC execution exposure in FPSO/offshore facilities.
Multinational work environment experience desirable.

Responsibilities

Deliver requirements of HSE policies, standards and management systems across tender, FEED/pre-FEED and project execution.
Act as HSE focal point for review of client tender documents and exhibits; ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Represent HSE department in client interfaces, reviews, audits and steering meetings.
Monitor compliance with HSE standards, regulatory and contractual requirements across tenders and projects.
Drive positive HSE performance by setting expectations, tracking progress and addressing gaps.
Ensure risk is identified and mitigated in tender, FEED and execution stages.
Lead and develop HSE resources and coordinate deployment to tenders and projects.
