Job summary

BW Offshore invites a Manager / Senior Manager Quality to lead the Quality Department across tenders, FEED/pre-FEED and project execution for offshore FPSO/FSO fronts in Singapore. You will ensure compliance with ISO 9001, drive quality deliverables in bids, and coordinate with clients and classification societies while developing the team.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Engineering or HSEQ; credentials may replace degree.
• 15 years offshore/Oil & Gas quality experience for Manager level.
• 20 years for Senior Manager level with leadership of a Quality dept.
• Experience supporting tenders / bids, reviews of client documents, QA deliverables.
• FEED / pre-FEED and EPC execution experience for FPSO/offshore facilities.
• Development of Quality documentation and lead audits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Quality policy standards across tenders, FEED/pre-FEED and projects.
• Act as Quality focal point for client tender docs and compliance checks.
• Represent QA in client interfaces, reviews, audits and steering meetings.
• Monitor compliance with BWO standards and contract quality requirements.
• Set expectations, monitor progress, and address gaps in quality performance.
• Ensure risk mitigation and compliance before commitments to clients.
• Coordinate lessons learned and knowledge transfer on quality across tenders.
• Lead, manage and develop the QA/QC resources for tenders and projects.
