Job summary
Total Process Systems Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an HSE Lead to strengthen the Health, Safety and Environment management system across projects and operations.
You will develop and maintain HSE plans, conduct risk assessments, lead training and inspections, and ensure strict compliance with MOM and client safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and ability to stop unsafe work promptly.
Qualifications
- Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM in Singapore. (WSHO).
- Minimum 5 years in construction, M&E, cleanroom, semiconductor or industrial projects.
- Experience leading HSE plans, risk assessments and permit-to-work processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and maintenance of project HSE plans and safe-work procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH legislation and client safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections, audits and timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate toolbox talks, inductions and safety trainings.
- Review permit-to-work activities and lifting/electrical/hot-work plans.
- Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Monitor PPE usage, site housekeeping and emergency equipment.
- Maintain HSE records and support ISO 45001 compliance.
