Job summary

Vision Manpower Pte Ltd is seeking a senior HSE & Compliance leader to oversee safety across Singapore projects and maintenance activities. You will drive regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and safe work execution, while fostering a strong safety culture and leading KPI-driven improvements.

You will manage audits, incident investigations, and training, coordinating with clients and authorities to ensure safe operations during shutdowns and major turnaround activities.

Qualifications

• Requires WSQ diploma in Workplace Safety & Health and MOM registration.
• Experience leading HSE in large shutdown/turnaround projects.
• Proven risk management and incident investigation capabilities.
• ISO 45001/14001/90001 auditor training is preferred.
• Strong collaboration with clients and regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee HSE and compliance functions across projects and maintenance activities.
• Drive regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and safe work execution.
• Lead safety culture initiatives, workplace inspections, and training programs.
• Manage audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with clients on high-risk activities and SIMOPS coordination.
• Oversee CUI programs and hazardous materials management.
• Prepare HSEQ performance reports and KPIs for management review.
• Ensure readiness for emergencies through planning and drills.
