Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead all HSSE activities for a major construction project in Singapore. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, HSSE system implementation, and fostering a strong safety culture at the site.

Responsibilities include developing risk assessments, SWMS, and safety documentation; coordinating with project stakeholders; maintaining records, KPIs, and conducting incident investigations with corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Environmental Engineering, Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8 years of construction site safety management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting projects in pharmaceutical, chemical, or food manufacturing industries.
• Previous project execution experience in Singapore is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all HSE activities for the Singapore project site.
• Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans, procedures, and safety measures.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety, health, environmental, and security regulations.
• Promote a proactive safety culture across all project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with regulators, owners, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure HSE compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
