Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HSE professional to oversee site health and safety management for Singapore projects. You will develop and implement plans, lead training, inspections, and drive continuous safety improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or above in safety, environment, construction, or related fields, and strong coordination with authorities, clients, and contractors. You will monitor KPIs and ensure regulatory compliance, reporting to management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site HSE management, compliance, and performance for Singapore projects.
• Develop and implement HSE plans, procedures, and safety measures.
• Lead HSE training, meetings, inspections, and behaviour observations.
• Coordinate with authorities, clients, contractors, and suppliers on HSE matters.
• Develop safe work procedures and monitor high-risk activities.
• Investigate incidents, track corrective actions, and drive safety improvements.
• Monitor HSE KPIs, records, and reporting to ensure compliance.
