Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HSE Practitioner based in West -Penjuru, Singapore. You will maintain HSE management systems and risk assessment processes to identify and control workplace risks.

You will monitor compliance with legislation and group requirements, support audits, and drive continuous improvement across units. A minimum of 3 years in an HSE role is expected, with relevant qualifications and certifications.

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications in Work Safety and Health required.
• FSM and BizSAFE Level 2 certifications required.
• Manage Work at Height certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective HSE management systems to ensure compliance with HSE legislation.
• Maintain risk assessment processes to identify, assess and control risks.
• Develop and maintain an HSE risk register with required mitigations.
• Monitor systems to evaluate HSE objectives, compliance, and effectiveness.
• Assist in planning, conducting and reporting audits and inspections.
• Implement HSE performance reviews and improvement planning.
