Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HSE Practitioner to maintain and improve the company’s HSE management system at the West Area site.

You will ensure compliance with MOM regulations, implement risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance across the organization. The role requires at least 3 years of HSE experience, WSH qualifications, and certifications such as FSM and BizSAFE Level 2.

Qualifications

• Possess formal qualifications in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an HSE Practitioner.
• FSM certification and BizSAFE Level 2 certification.
• Possess a valid Manage Work at Height - Assessor/Manager certification.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of MOM regulations and WSH requirements.
• Knowledge of local legislation including WSH, SCDF, and NEA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective HSE management systems to ensure compliance with applicable HSE legislation, company requirements, and established standards.
• Maintain the Company's approved risk assessment processes to identify, assess, and control generic and site-specific risks.
• Develop, implement, and maintain an HSE Risk Register with significant risks and mitigation measures.
• Maintain monitoring systems to evaluate progress toward HSE objectives and statutory/compliance requirements.
• Monitor and report incidents, accidents, and work-related ill-health according to group and local requirements.
• Assist in planning, conducting, and reporting internal and external HSE audits and inspections.
• Lead country/business unit HSE reviews and performance improvement planning.
• Share learnings and ensure improvements are communicated across the country/business unit.
• Perform other HSE-related duties as assigned.
