Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced EHS Manager in Singapore to lead safety management across multiple sites.

You will develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, and drive risk assessments, inspections, and audits. You will organise trainings, lead incident investigations, liaise with clients and authorities, and promote a positive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/ Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of safety management experience in construction/engineering/industrial environments.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, statutory requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Organise safety trainings, toolbox meetings, emergency drills, and awareness programmes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety matters.
• Monitor safety performance, prepare reports, and maintain proper safety documentation.
• Advise project teams and management on risk control measures and safe work practices.
• Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across all worksites
