Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an EHS Manager to oversee safety across multiple sites in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering or related discipline.
• Registered WSHO preferred; knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant safety management experience.
• Able to manage multiple project sites at remote locations; ISO Integrated Management System experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures and safety management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations and company standards.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and safety audits.
• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Organise safety trainings, toolbox talks, drills and awareness programmes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities on safety.
• Monitor safety performance, prepare reports and maintain documentation.
• Advise project teams and management on risk controls and safe practices.
• Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across sites.
