JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HSE Executive to support health, safety and environmental initiatives at our Jurong site. You will maintain HSE systems, ensure compliance with WSH legislation and company requirements, and assist in audits.

This role covers risk assessments, reporting, investigations of incidents, implementing improvement plans, and promoting best practices. Working days are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with nearby MRT access.

Responsibilities

Maintain HSE management systems and ensure compliance with WSH legislation and company requirements.
Conduct and maintain risk assessments, risk registers and control measures.
Monitor HSE performance, objectives and compliance.
Ensure accidents, incidents and work-related illnesses are properly reported and investigated.
Assist in planning and conducting internal/external HSE audits and inspections.
Implement HSE improvement plans and participate in HSE reviews.
Promote HSE best practices and ensure lessons learned are communicated effectively.
Perform other HSE-related duties as assigned.
