Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an EHS Manager in Singapore to oversee safety management across multiple sites.

The role requires leading policy development, compliance with WSH regulations, and coordinating risk assessments and audits. Strong knowledge of ISO Integrated Management Systems is preferred. The position is based at Kallang Avenue with Mon–Fri workdays and a salary ranging from SGD 6,500 to SGD 8,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Registered WSHO preferred (MO Manpower).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant safety management experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and industry practices.
• Able to manage multiple project sites located at various locations.
• Experience in ISO Integrated Management System.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, statutory requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Organise safety trainings, toolbox meetings, emergency drills, and awareness programmes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety matters.
• Monitor safety performance, prepare reports, and maintain proper safety documentation.
• Advise project teams and management on risk control measures and safe work practices.
• Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across all worksites
