Job summary

Unit4 is seeking a Senior Analyst Programmer to own the technical development, security, and maintenance of our core HRMS. You will analyze and develop across HR modules including Time Management, Payroll, Leave, and related systems, delivering robust solutions in an Agile setting.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in software development and systems analysis, strong C#, VB.Net, .Net Framework, T-SQL and DevExpress expertise, plus knowledge of regional payroll rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development and systems analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in C#, VB.Net, .Net Framework, T-SQL and DevExpress reporting tools.
• Knowledge of regional payroll systems and HRMS regulations across multiple regions.
• Experience with Scrum and Test-Driven Development environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical development, security, and maintenance of our HRMS.
• Analyze and develop across HR modules: Time Management, Payroll, Leave, and others.
• Develop software functions in line with architectural standards and design principles.
• Write and execute unit tests, implement code for user stories per TDD.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and agile delivery processes.
• Perform root cause analysis to deliver sustainable fixes.
