Senior CRM/ATS Architect & Tech Lead

Job summary

HRnetGroup is seeking a technically strong Senior Programmer to manage the development, maintenance and enhancement of our in-house CRM and ATS system. You will lead both frontend and backend work using Vue 3, TypeScript, .NET/C#, AngularJS, and MS SQL Server.

You will collaborate with internal and regional stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and drive system integrations with APIs, e-signatures, SMS providers and SAP Business One.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant software development experience, preferably web-based CRM/ATS or business systems.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• Strong frontend and backend development skills with .NET/C#, Vue.js, TypeScript, AngularJS and MS SQL Server.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, web services and system integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical users.
• Self-driven and organised, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, migration, maintenance and enhancement of in-house CRM & ATS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Manage enhancements, reports, data extraction and integrations with third-party and internal systems (APIs, e-signature, SMS, SAP Business One).
• Collaborate with internal and regional stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Independently prioritise and manage multiple tasks from requirements through testing and implementation.
