UNIT4 Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Analyst Programmer to own the development, security and maintenance of our core HRMS. You will conduct system analysis across Time Management, Payroll and Leave modules, implement functions per standards, run unit tests, and engage in Scrum ceremonies to deliver robust updates.

• Knowledge of regional payroll systems and regulations across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Own development, security, and maintenance of the HRMS.
• Analyze systems across Time Management, Payroll, Leave modules.
• Develop functions per architectural standards and perform unit tests.
• Participate in Scrum and deliver robust software updates.
• Conduct root cause analyses to provide sustainable fixes.
