Job summary

UNIT4 NV is seeking a Senior Analyst Programmer in Singapore to own the technical development, security, and maintenance of our core HRMS. You will drive analysis and development across HR modules including Time Management, Payroll, and Leave Management, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.

You will develop software functions, implement unit tests, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and perform rigorous root cause analysis to deliver robust solutions for HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop software functions in line with architectural standards and design principles.
• Create and execute unit tests and implement code for user stories per test-driven development.
• Work within an agile Scrum framework with daily stand-ups, development, and test-case reviews.
• Perform root cause analysis of system defects to deliver durable fixes.
