Job summary

ENABLE BUSINESS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Project Implementation Specialist to own the full lifecycle of HRMS deployments.

You will understand client requirements, configure the system, test, train, go-live and provide post-launch support. You will work with clients, technical teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions within scope and on time. Qualifications

Degree in IT, CS, Business Admin, HR, or related field.
Minimum 4 years in software implementation or project delivery.
Experience managing end-to-end software implementations.
Understanding of implementation methodologies and project lifecycle.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working directly with clients.
HRMS knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead or support end-to-end software implementation projects.
Establish project timelines, milestones, deliverables and priorities.
Coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure everyone is aligned.
Take ownership of project issues and drive them towards resolution.
Coordinate data migration, mapping, cleansing and validation; SIT/UAT; go-live prep; hypercare.
