Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking an HR professional to support the HR Manager in executing and managing HR services aligned to hospital strategies. You will help drive recruitment & retention, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations, plus handle ad hoc HR projects.

You will ensure compliance with hospital policies, collaborate with teams, and contribute to a proactive, data-driven HR service delivery that supports a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• At least 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the public sector or large organisation
• Strong team player who is proactive, analytical and meticulous
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR Manager with the execution and management of HR services and activities to support the Hospital's HR strategies
• Ensure practices are implemented in accordance with the Hospital's policies and procedures
• Involved in recruitment & retention, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations and any other ad hoc HR projects as assigned
