Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP experience in a multinational or large organization.
• Strong knowledge across HR disciplines: business partnering, compensation & benefits, performance management, L&D, employee relations, and workforce planning.
