Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, HRBP to serve as trusted advisor to business leaders and drive people strategies that support business performance and growth in Singapore.

You will partner with business units across engineering, architecture, infrastructure, built environment, and related sectors to deliver end-to-end HR solutions across the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP in multinational corporations.
• Experience supporting businesses in engineering, architecture, infrastructure, built environment or related industries.
• Strong knowledge across HR disciplines: business partnering, compensation & benefits, performance, learning, employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR interface and trusted advisor to senior business leaders and management teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to align people strategies with business objectives and workforce requirements.
• Drive performance management, goal setting, reviews, and succession discussions.
• Lead compensation, benchmarking, and annual reward review exercises in line with budgets.
