Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a trusted adviser to business leaders and drive people strategies that support growth.

You will partner with assigned units to deliver end-to-end HR solutions across the employee lifecycle, guiding workforce planning, compensation, performance, talent development, employee relations and HR governance in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience is required.
• Significant HRBP experience in a multinational corporation or large organization is preferred.
• Experience in engineering, architecture, infrastructure, or built environment sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner to assigned business units and executives.
• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and succession planning.
• Drive performance management, learning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Advise on compensation, benefits, and market benchmarking.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, policy governance, and compliance.
• Lead HR processes, systems optimization, and service delivery with HR Centers of Excellence.
