Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing engineering and facilities management.
• Experience in process optimization, automation, and large-scale operations.
• Track record of managing large capital projects (>$20M).
• Strong understanding of engineering standards, compliance, and operational risks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Manufacturing Engineering & Facilities strategy aligned with business growth.
• Lead engineering teams to optimize process efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Oversee site infrastructure, facilities operations, and capital projects.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across manufacturing processes.
• Establish and monitor engineering KPIs and performance metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support NPI and operational excellence.
• Identify risks, resolve complex issues, and implement scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, regulatory, and company standards.
• Lead crisis management and act as a key site leader when required.
