Job summary

HYVE Solutions seeks a Senior Site Director to lead manufacturing operations in Singapore and China, driving production, quality, delivery, and cost targets. You will manage 450+ team members and cross-functional leaders, promoting continuous improvement and strict regulatory compliance.

With 15–20 years in manufacturing operations, you will set strategic directions, optimize resources, and develop leaders while ensuring safety and customer-focused execution across sites.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master's qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15–20 years of manufacturing operations leadership experience, with significant experience managing large-scale production environments.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing facilities in Singapore and Wuxi, China with 450+ reports.
• Lead end-to-end manufacturing and operations to hit production, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Manage daily plant operations including production planning, workforce management, and materials availability.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and best-in-class practices for continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead and develop senior managers and operational teams with succession planning.
• Ensure ISO, RBA, EHS and applicable regulatory compliance; manage audits and corrective actions.
• Oversee budgeting, resource planning, cost management, andCapex initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership to set strategic plans and priorities.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, safety, and employee engagement.
